Regardless of whether you are taking medication, the course will provide you with tools and skills that can help you better manage your ADHD symptoms and live a more productive and fulfilling life.

  • How long does the course take?

    You're able to work at your own pace, however we recommend 1 week per module. That means the Basic course will take approximately 12 weeks, or 14 weeks for the Plus+ course.
